Roadworks on Lytham Road from Monday 8th March. (05th March 2010)
From the start of service Monday March 8th for approximately 4 weeks Lytham Road will be closed to Southbound traffic between Waterloo Road and Trafalgar Road due to road works.
LINES 10-11-16
Southbound services will be diverted via Rigby Rd, Sands Way, Seasiders Way, Parkinson Way and Waterloo Road. Returning to normal route at the Royal Oak.
Temporary stops have been sited along the diversion route.
Sevenoaks Drive Closed for Road Works
From the start of service Wednesday 3rd March Sevenoaks Drive will be closed to Northbound traffic due to road works in the area. The closure is expected to last 3 days.
Lines 3 and 11 buses Northbound to Cleveleys will be required to divert. Southbound services to Blackpool will operate the normal route.
Northbound Line 3 to operate normal route to Ashfield Rd, then divert left along Warren Drive, then right on to North Drive and normal route.
Northbound Line 11 to operate normal route to Ashfield Rd, then divert left along Warren Drive, right on North Drive, right along Luton Road, then left at the Duck Pond on Anchorsholme Lane and then normal route.
Temporary stops will be sited.
Diversions from Monday 11th January (15th January 2010)
From Monday 11th January sections of Lord Street will be closed to all traffic. The initial closure is from Fisherman’s Walk to Mount Street and will be in place until April, affecting the Lines 1 & 14.
To Fleetwood Ferry - Buses will divert from Ash Street traffic lights via Station Road, Dock Street and Preston Street to Lord Street.
From Fleetwood Ferry - Buses Will operate normal route down Lord Street then divert via London Street, Dock Street and Station Road to Fisherman’s Walk.
Temporary stops and all usual bus stops will be in operation during the works.

Promenade Bus Stops (30th November 2009)
From Thursday 3rd December, the northbound stops on the Promenade opposite the Tower will be out of use until further notice as the boundary of the Tramway Upgrade construction site will be taking up all the bus embayment and pavement space. The stops at Central Drive/Chapel St and Promenade/Central Pier remain in use. The next stop served by Lines 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 16 will be Corporation St. Line 1 the next stop served will be the North Pier.
Tramway Closures for Winter 2009/10 (27th October 2009)
From Monday 9th November until April 2010 the tramway will be closed for refurbishment work. [More...]
